The 28 Days to Change Your Life program teaches you a new first response to stress and gives you the tools to face life fully equipped to meet the challenges ahead. This Retreat has been specifically designed to for people who have been long- term sufferers of depression, anxiety and self- medication. It is also extremely effective in dealing with Eating disorders and panic attacks. One on one life coaching, Journey Therapy and Mindfulness target the core issues which have been so debilitating to your life thus far.

Many of you who have been in the system dealing with these issues, have found yourself worse off than when you started. Many have been suffering with no hope, for over a decade. This program has NO group therapy, it is all one on one therapy and coaching, very intense and very effective in the education and when applied the management of all stress related illness.

14 sessions with your own life coach for either Fountainhead Method coaching, Mindfulness, or Journey Therapy.

De-Stress The Body:

• • 4 Swedish Massages
  • 2 Hand and Foot Massages
  • 3 Remedial Massages
  • 8 Personal Training Sessions
  • 4 Far Infrared Sauna Sessions (removes toxins and heavy metals)

Hot Mineral Baths Daily
Lap pool and Himalayan crystal sea salt heated pool (32 -36c) used to replenish cellular mineral deficiencies.
Our lap pool is available for your use every day for fitness, wellbeing, or just good fun or enjoy a session in the salt heated pool (32 -36 degrees Celsius) used to replenish cellular mineral deficiencies. 

• Steam and Plunge Daily – plunge sessions aid the skin and lungs to release impurities, very invigorating.
• Turkish Steam Room

Organic Juice Detox ( At Least Three Days – Extend to Five (optional) )
Supervised juice detoxification Mon to Wed optional but recommended may extend to five days if you wish, if you are concerned please let us explain the benefits.
